SEDONA, ARIZONA - OAK CREEK CANYON
Just outside of Sedona, on the highway to Flagstaff, is a beautiful drive through Oak Creek Canyon. It's amazing to see how completely different the views are on this drive as compared to Sedona. This would remind you more of the Smokey Mountains than it would the desert. A lady in the information booths told us this drive is one of the top 10 most beautiful drives in the U.S. It's very pretty but I don't think I'd go that far. Note the three tiers of switchbacks in the second picture. I'll have to drive the RV on this road when we leave.
