WOW! If you have never been to Sedona, it is a must for the top of your bucket list. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. There are rock formations jutting out of the desert everywhere you look and one is prettier than the other. Sedona is only a short drive from Camp Verde but the scenery couldn’t be any more different. The picture to the left is part of the view we have out of the front window of our RV while we are parked at the Sedona Elks.
We took a drive around the area to view all of the rock formations and took tons of pictures. The problem is that the pictures just don’t do the beauty of the area justice. The views are much prettier than the pictures show and for some reason the real red of the rocks doesn’t show in the pictures. However, I have to share some pictures. We especially liked the Chapel built into the rocks. I could easily have posted 50 pictures.
